Green Path is an independent European sustainability initiative focused on tourism sustainability assessment and implementation. It is not affiliated with financial wellness, credit counseling, or debt management organizations using similar names.
The 'GREEN-PATH' word mark is officially registered as a European Union Trade Mark (EUIPO No. 019326760), reinforcing the protected identity behind our sustainability mission, methodology and growing Alliance Partner community.

Green Path Alliance is an independent European sustainability initiative dedicated to measurable ESG performance in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Founded by Vedran Kovac — whose background spans tourism operations, management, business development, and postgraduate research — Green Path Alliance develops governance-driven assessment frameworks and structured implementation support to help organizations understand their sustainability position against the GRAIL Framework. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and ESRS are reference topics that inform the framework's design; Green Path assessments do not establish compliance with these regulations. Alliance Partner recognition follows an assessment of submitted evidence against the stated GRAIL criteria, making credible sustainability assessment accessible to tourism organizations of all sizes across Europe.
