Green Watch is an independent monitoring body for Green Path Alliance and Sustainability in Tourism partners. Anyone can submit evidence about a partner’s sustainability practices or public claims.
Green Watch reviews each report carefully, considers the available evidence and gives the partner an opportunity to respond.
Submit a reportWho can be reported?
Green Watch reviews reports about:
- Organizations recognized as Green Path Alliance Partners following a GRAIL assessment
- Providers with experiences listed and assessed on Sustainability in Tourism
A report should relate to a specific partner and a specific sustainability claim, commitment or practice.
For Green Path Alliance Partners, a report may concern a difference between public sustainability claims, assessment materials and observed practices.
For SIT partners, a report may concern information or practices connected to an assessed experience, including its six dimensions: climate and mobility, environmental care, local economic benefit, community and cultural responsibility, guest care and education, and evidence quality.
What evidence can I submit?
Useful evidence may include:
- A link to the partner’s website, public statement or SIT experience listing
- The specific sustainability claim or commitment you are raising
- Dated photographs, documents or public records
- The date and location of the practice you observed
- A clear explanation of how the evidence relates to the claim
- Whether the information is based on your direct observation or another source
Please share only material you may lawfully provide. Remove private or sensitive information that is not needed to understand the report.
How Green Watch reviews reports
Submit your report
Use the form below or email Green Watch at [email protected]. Include the partner’s name, the relevant Green Path or SIT page, a description of your concern and supporting evidence.
Scope and evidence check
Green Watch checks that the report concerns a Green Path Alliance or SIT partner and contains enough detail for review. We may contact you to clarify information or request further evidence.
Partner response
The partner receives a clear explanation of the concern and an opportunity to respond. Green Watch considers the response alongside the evidence submitted.
Review outcome
Green Watch records its conclusion, the evidence considered and any limitations. Where the evidence supports a concern, the matter may be referred for follow-up through the applicable Green Path Alliance or SIT partner review process.
Transparent reporting
Where a review is shared publicly, the summary will identify the issue reviewed, the evidence considered, the partner’s response where available and the conclusion reached.

Green Watch uses the information provided to review the report. Please avoid including personal or confidential information that is not relevant. Any public summary will focus on the matter reviewed and its evidence.
